How do I get the current block size of my servers hard drives?

This PowerShell script requires no customization. It will interrogate Active Directory for all servers, loop through those servers one at a time and then use WMI to get a list of all hard drives (including their block size in KB) and save it all into an array.

This is particularly useful when reviewing SQL best practices, which has recommendations on hard disk block sizes.

 

 

You can then output/display the $table array anyway you like:
